GLP-1 medications we carry

We keep the brand-name GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 medications on hand so you aren't left calling around when it's time for your next box. With a valid prescription, we can typically fill:

  • Ozempic® (semaglutide) pens
  • Wegovy® (semaglutide) pens and Wegovy® pill
  • Mounjaro® (tirzepatide) pens
  • Zepbound® (tirzepatide) pens
  • Trulicity® (dulaglutide), Rybelsus® (oral semaglutide), Foundayo® (orforglipron), and liraglutide (Victoza®, Saxenda®)

Doses move up every few weeks while you're starting out, so call ahead with your strength and we'll confirm it's on the shelf and set it aside. One exception: Zepbound single-dose vials are sold only through Lilly's own LillyDirect program, so no retail pharmacy can fill those — Zepbound pens we can.

How we help you pay less

GLP-1 pricing is confusing, and the cheapest route depends on your coverage. When you fill with us, we check every option and tell you the lowest one before you pay:

  1. Your insurance firstWe run your plan, including any prior authorization your plan needs, and work with your prescriber's office if the plan asks for paperwork.
  2. Manufacturer savings cardsIf you have commercial insurance, a copay card can bring an eligible fill down to as little as $25.
  3. Self-pay and TrumpRx pricingIf you have no coverage for the medication, or would rather pay cash, the manufacturers' self-pay prices — the same prices listed on TrumpRx.gov — can be far lower than list price.

Self-pay prices (cash, no insurance)

These are the manufacturers' published monthly self-pay prices, which TrumpRx.gov also lists. They are set by the manufacturer, not by us, and they change — we'll confirm the current price when you call.

Patients must be 18 or older with a valid prescription. Prices verified October 1, 2026 on TrumpRx.gov, NovoCare and LillyDirect.

On Medicare? Through the new Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, people with Part D who qualify can get Wegovy, Foundayo or Zepbound KwikPen for weight management for a $50 monthly copay, from July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. There are BMI and health requirements and a prior authorization, and it isn't for people whose Part D plan already covers a GLP-1 for them. We can bill it here — ask us, or read Medicare's details.

Starting a GLP-1? A few things worth knowing

  • Only FDA-approved, brand-name products. Everything we dispense comes from licensed wholesalers in the manufacturer's sealed packaging.
  • Keep pens refrigerated until first use, and never freeze them. We'll go over storage, injection technique and pen needles at pickup.
  • Side effects like nausea are most common when the dose goes up. Call us — we're happy to talk through what's normal and when to call your doctor.
  • Free delivery. We can deliver your pens with your other prescriptions at no charge within our delivery area.
